5. If i get into the swing of things, my attitude towards fitness (i.e. the mile run) comes very positively and easily towards me. However, i need to work on my laziness and really perservere for a challenging goal that will push my abilities and atheltic strengths to a peak.
6. Success is you trying your hardest to acheive your goals and dreams and your ability to strive under pressure and grow as a person whether or not you acheive your goal.

5. Fitness should be maintained or improved. If your fitness is poor, it should be improved to where you are atleast healthy.
6. Success is reaching your goal or goals doing whatever you are able to do to reach it and putting your time and effort to reach your goal or goals. People can succeed in either possitive and negative ways depending on which direction they want to live their life (and depending on your point of view of +/-). For example If you succeed in somethinhg that you believe is morally wrong but you still put you're time and effort into it, you have succeeded with an accomplishment but also succeeded in failing your morals. If you do the same for doing something you believe to be morrally good, then you have succeeded with this accomplishment and succeded your morals.... I made this answer a bit too long... sorry

5. I believe that fitness is a very important component to having a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes it's difficult for students to fully engage in fitness in school, though, so I personally feel more comfortable exercising outside of the school day.
