I did about 10 pull-ups and 10 chin-ups, about 50 bicycle crunches and 25 push-ups. And ran for about 15 minutes. It felt great to workout, and it warmed me up a bit during the cold weekend.

Does black Friday shopping hysteria count as exercise? I think so. Getting up at 4am, being at the stores, running from place to place,& trying not to harm sweet looking ladies with their bags while trying to reach for the last of those black Friday pricetag sweaters...it was indeed a challenge. This went on from 4am to noon. When I finally settled at home, my legs were sore, feet were blistered, and arms were hurting from the carrying of 8+ fully loaded bags of my black Friday goodies. Was this worth it?the new items and exhausting exercise that came with it? Definitely. _Brenda^.^~
ReplyDeleteWell I was just thinking I didn't do any exercise these four days but I did! :D I went swimming with my cousins and my brother for like an hour. And I went to walk around in the mall for some time and I believe thats it. The swim was fun and the walking.... it was entertaining(:

Well, I didnt go to the turkey trot because I had work. I pushed carts at Jewel for 2 hours and I think thats it. I'm disappointed but since its cold out, my friends and I can't play intense games of frisbee or vollryball on the weekends.

I actually worked out a little bit on thanksgiving day and after. Me and my cousins decided to see how many pull-ups we could do on his pull-up bar, just for fun, but it ended up becoming kind of a competition. I also took my dog for a walk for about a half hour on sunday morning.
